Named after the Irish word Róisín, meaning little rose, the Róisín Beag Skirt means Littlest Rose celebrates quiet femininity, craftsmanship and timeless design. Carefully tailored to flatter the body, it brings together contemporary silhouette and traditional woven cloth in a garment designed to be worn for years rather than seasons.
Created from a limited-edition green and navy houndstooth wool woven fabric, every skirt is individually cut and made to order in small batches. The rich texture of the cloth reflects the landscapes that inspire the RAESIDE collection, while the clean lines allow the fabric to speak for itself.
An adjustable channel construction is secured using a handmade wool cord, produced on a traditional i-cord knitting machine. This thoughtful detail allows the skirt to be adjusted for length at the front, while adding a subtle nod to traditional Irish craft.
Each skirt began with an original pattern, developed through draping directly onto the stand before being translated into a paper pattern and carefully refined to achieve a tailored, flattering fit.
Designed to pair effortlessly with RAESIDE knitwear, the Róisín Beag Mini Skirt brings together heritage textiles and contemporary dressing in a piece that feels both timeless and unmistakably modern.
